Payment Policy

We offer flexible payment options for your convenience. You can choose to pay for our services using cashbank transfer, or directly through our website.

  • Cash Payments: Payments can be made directly to the chauffeur at the end of the service. Please ensure you have the exact amount, as chauffeurs may not carry change.
  • Bank Transfer: If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, full payment must be completed at least 24 hours before your scheduled service. Please ensure the payment reference includes your Name and Postcode.
  • Website Payments: Payments can also be made securely through our website. Simply follow the payment instructions provided during your booking process.

All payments are due prior to service commencement unless otherwise agreed. Any additional charges, such as overtime or additional stops, will need to be settled upon completion of the service.

Please Note: All deposits made are non-refundable, so please ensure all inquiries are answered before finalizing your booking.

Cancellation and Refunds

At AR Executive, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy offers flexibility while ensuring a fair and transparent process for all clients.

1.1 Cancellations Made 48 Hours or More Before the Service

  • If you need to cancel your booking more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled service, no cancellation fees will apply. However, your reservation fee is non-refundable.

1.2 Cancellations Made Within 48 Hours of the Service

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will not incur additional charges, but you will forfeit your reservation fee.

1.3 No-Shows

  • In the event of a no-show, no further charges will apply, but your reservation fee will be non-refundable.

2. Amendments to Your Booking

2.1 Changes to Booking Details

  • You may request amendments to your booking (e.g., change of time, location, or vehicle) up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. We will accommodate changes subject to availability, and your reservation fee will still apply toward the updated booking.

2.2 Late Amendments

  • Amendments made within 24 hours of the scheduled service are not guaranteed. Any changes made within this timeframe may result in the forfeiture of your reservation fee if we cannot fulfill the new request.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Reservation Fees

  • The reservation fee is non-refundable, regardless of the timing of the cancellation.

3.2 Refundable Charges

  • Any additional payments made beyond the reservation fee will be fully refunded if the service is canceled, regardless of when the cancellation occurs.

  • Refunds for eligible payments will be processed and returned to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

4. Force Majeure

AR Executive will not be held responsible for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or other events deemed force majeure. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule the service, subject to availability, or offer a full refund (including the reservation fee) if rescheduling is not possible.

At AR Executive, we require a deposit of 25% of the overall cost to reserve your booking, if any issues give us a call.

2.3 Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed once you receive a written or email confirmation from AR Executive. Please check your confirmation carefully and inform us of any errors or changes as soon as possible.

3. Cancellation and Amendments

3.1 Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service will incur no charges.

5.2 Chauffeur Conduct
Our chauffeurs are trained to provide a professional and courteous service. If you experience any issues with your chauffeur, please notify us immediately so we can resolve the matter.

5.3 Client Responsibilities

  • You must ensure that all passengers comply with the applicable laws, including seatbelt regulations.
  • AR Executive is not responsible for any items left in the vehicle. Please ensure you take all belongings with you at the end of your journey.
  • Any damage caused to the vehicle by you or your party will be subject to repair costs.

6. Vehicle Use

6.1 Fleet Availability
We will endeavor to provide the specific vehicle requested at the time of booking. However, in the event that your preferred vehicle is unavailable, we reserve the right to provide a substitute vehicle of equal or greater value.

6.2 Vehicle Cleanliness
All vehicles are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.

7. Liability and Limitation

7.1 Limitation of Liability
AR Executive is not liable for any loss or damage, including financial losses or missed appointments, resulting from delays or failures to perform our services due to circumstances beyond our control.

7.2 Maximum Liability
In all cases, the total liability of AR Executive will not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

AR Executive will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing our obligations under these terms if such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, strikes, or governmental regulations.
